Another option is to go with the strongest shotgun you have access to. 700 Nitro (also known as the Elephant gun) is perfect for this, because it pretty much one shots everything. Power weapon: I always like having one weapon on me at all times that can be used to take down tough enemies (like heavy gunners or tough animals like bears or rhinos). You can use the AMR towards the end of the game, when stealth isn't necessary, because it is ridiculously overpowered but such an awesome and fun gun to use (totally breaks the game though).

M700 silenced, upgrade to the Predator when you can, and then switch to the silenced Z93 once you unlock it. Sniper: You'll want something silent, to take out enemy snipers and still remain hidden (also necessary for taking out outpost alarms from afar). Great for taking out enemy vehicles and generally blowing shit up. Sidearm: M79 launcher, easily my most used weapon.
